Getting Pokémon

Pokémon are catchable by a Poke Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball or a Master Ball. You get your first Starter Pokémon when you start the game. You can also get Pokémon by Trading for one or buying one in the Adoption Center. Each Pokemon in the Adoption Center are basic and start at Level 15.
